Please note that the following partial shipping areas require approximately 15-30 business days of shipping time:
(1) United States: Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, Marshall Islands

US Remote Areas: Additional shipping fees apply. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

(2) Spain: Islas Canarias ,Illes Balears

(3) Portugal: Azores, Madeira

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Please Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 48 hours to process your order (except pre-orders). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
3) Prices displayed on the website do not include duties or taxes. Depending on where you live, your country's customs office may impose a few additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs), and/or taxes.

Order Address Error:
Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
All delivery times are estimates and BERLOOK is not responsible for delays due to unpredictable factors (weather, delivery carrier factors, customer information error, holiday-related delays) or any other unforeseen factors.
